Refund policy

For UAE customers: 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from your purchase date to request a return. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer at a flat rate of AED 30.00.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For returns, log on to your Capster.ae account and click order history and proceed with the order no. you wish to return. 
Once your return is accepted, you will receive confirmation/shipping label, as well as instructions from our courier with collection details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items (item description on its respective product page will state 'not eligible for return').

Refunds
Once we’ve received and confirmed your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
